In-person and Virtual Services!

There seems to be some confusion about whether or not we are seeing clients in-person. We are! Depending on your level of (Covid) comfort (as well as the age of the client and what area of need there is) we are available for both types of treatment. At this time, some insurance companies are reimbursing for telehealth, and some are not. Please call us to inquire further.

WE’RE DOING ONLINE SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES!!

Right now, we are offering online speech therapy to our current clients via the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. We are also able to do online speech articulation evaluations for new clients. It is unclear if insurance is covering these services but we are willing to file if we are in-network with your plan. Please reach out to see if we are a good fit for your kiddo. We’re here to help and have learned tons in the past few weeks about our own technical agility and the resilience of our amazing clientele.

Voicemail Down

Time Warner / Spectrum is working on repairing our voice mail which isn’t picking up. If you phoned us today and weren’t able to leave a message, we apologize. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon. IN the meantime, please send us an email at info@austinareaspeech.com if you have questions, need to cancel or make an appointment. Thanks and carry on!

If you are trying to pay your invoice with PayPal there seems to be a disconnect between our new website and our PayPal account (PayPal isn’t recognizing us…imagine that? We’ve been friends for so long, harrumph.) We are working on the problem but for now you can pay your invoice with a credit/debit/HSA card in the office or call your therapist with your card information and we can key it into our machine. Sorry for the inconvenience (PayPal says “sorry” too.) If you would like to try to use PayPal you need to put the following email address in where it prompts you for a phone number, name or email address: sdejernett@austinareaspeech.com. This might allow PayPal to link your payment to our account. Thanks.

UPDATE 10/31/16: Our site seems to have made friends with PayPal again and the button on our site now seems to be working if you wish to pay your invoice via PayPal. If the button doesn’t take you directly to our payment page on PayPal, don’t use it please and let us know it’s not working again. Thanks.
