PAYMENT OPTIONS
Currently, Austin Area Speech and Language Services accepts cash, checks (in office or sent via the U.S mail) as well as credit card and PayPal payments online via PayPal. A 3% fee will be added to your invoice should you opt to pay with a credit/debit card either in-office or online via PayPal. You can also pay with Zelle through your bank in order to eliminate the 3% fee using the email address sdejernett@austinareaspeech.com. Please ask your therapist if you have any questions about Zelle and how to set it up. For larger payments, you might have to send on consecutive days depending on what limits your bank has on Zelle. If you don’t see a button for a credit card option, click on “continue checkout” to be given additional payment options.
To pay online:
- Enter the desired amount ($10.00 minimum) into the payment form on this webpage. Click the Pay button. You will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.
- Use the pull down menu to select “Private Pay” or “Copay/Deductible” or “Not sure.
- Enter the client’s name in the “Ship to” address. Once you have completed your transaction, you will be returned to our website. All payments that come in via PayPal will be applied to your current balance. If you have any questions or want to let your therapist know you have entered a payment, please feel free to email your therapist.
